Hip hop artist Takeoff, a member of the group Migos, was tragically killed after being shot in Houston at the age of 28.

During a dice game at 2 am at bowling alley 810 Billiards & Bowling, Kirshnik Khari Ball, whose real name is Kirshnik Khari Ball, got into an argument with his bandmate Quavo.

It was a shootout that resulted in Takeoff’s death and the injuries of two others.

The incident drew the attention of law enforcement, and Takeoff was pronounced dead at the scene.

Reporters were told that the rappers Takeoff and Quavo were at the scene, but Houston Police has not yet released the formal identity of the deceased man.

According to TMZ, Quavo was seen calling for help while his nephew Takeoff lay fatally injured on the ground.

Quavo was not injured in the shooting, according to the publication.
